This shows you how to setup MS Outlook Outlook to retrieve your email from our E-mail Server.

To setup your Outlook to handle your new POP3 e-mail account, please follow the instruction below :

| 1. Select Tools -> E-mail Accounts… |
|
|
|
|
| 2. Select Add a new e-mail account, then click next |
|
|
|
|
| 3. Select POP3, then click next |
|
 |
|
| 4. Setup User Information |
|

|
Enter your name in the Your Name field.
This name will appear in the From field of the outgoing message. Type your name as it would you like to appear. |

Enter your email address in the E-mail Address field. |
|
|
| 5. Setup Server Information. |
|
•
|
Fill in the Incoming mail server (POP3) field with your domain name and prefix with “mail”. |
|
•
|
Fill in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field with your domain name and prefix with “mail”. |
|
|
| 6. Setup Logon Information. |
|

|
Fill in the full email address in the User Name field. |
|
•
|
Fill in the password in the Password field. |
|
|
| 7. Click More Settings… |
|
|
|
|
| 8. Click Outgoing Server tab. |
|

|
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication |
|
•
|
Select Use same setings as my incoming mail server |
|
|
|
|
|
| 9. Click Advnaced tab. |
|
•
|
Change Outgoing server (SMTP): to 26. |
|
| 10. Click the OK button to save the setting and exit. |
|
|
|
|
| 11. Click Next button to continue. |
|
 |
|
| 12. Click the Finish button to save the setting and exit the Wizard. |
