Setting up MS Outlook to receive e-mail


This shows you how to setup MS Outlook Outlook to retrieve your email from our E-mail Server.
To setup your Outlook to handle your new POP3 e-mail account, please follow the instruction below :
1. Select Tools -> E-mail Accounts…
2. Select Add a new e-mail account, then click next
3. Select POP3, then click next
4. Setup User Information

Enter your name in the Your Name field.
This name will appear in the From field of the outgoing message. Type your name as it would you like to appear.
Enter your email address in the E-mail Address field.
5. Setup Server Information.

Fill in the Incoming mail server (POP3) field with your domain name and prefix with “mail”.
Fill in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field with your domain name and prefix with “mail”.
6. Setup Logon Information.
Fill in the full email address in the User Name field.
Fill in the password in the Password field.
7. Click More Settings…
8. Click Outgoing Server tab.
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Select Use same setings as my incoming mail server
9. Click Advnaced tab.
Change Outgoing server (SMTP): to 26.
10. Click the OK button to save the setting and exit.
11. Click Next button to continue.
12. Click the Finish button to save the setting and exit the Wizard.
