How to tell if your website usability is bad

Slow site load time

 

Over use of capitalization, including First Letter Caps in addition to ALL CAPS

 

Spelling errors - no one wants a Public Accountant (well, almost no one)

 

Difficult to find the contact info from any given page on the site

 

Lack of a contact form (not everyone has an email account set up on the computer they use to find your site)

 

Wall of text

 

PDF files for online reading or critical overview information, PDFs are for technical details, not for selling and most users will never read them
